Join a transformative 24-day immersion in Rishikesh. In a traditional Himalayan ashram by the Ganga, you study ancient yogic knowledge alongside practical teaching skills—strengthening your practice while building a confident foundation for guiding others.
The curriculum follows Yoga Alliance 200-hour standards and is designed as a balanced training across practice, theory and teaching methodology.
