Born into a Vedic family in India, his spiritual foundation was shaped from an early age through mantra, ritual, and yogic discipline. He holds a Master’s degree in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar.

With years of ashram life, guru guidance, and personal practice in Rishikesh, Yogi Gaurav teaches yoga as a complete science—integrating breath, awareness, philosophy, and lifestyle. As the founder of Himalaya Yoga in Rishikesh, his teachings focus on inner transformation rather than physical exercise alone.
