1. Structure of the Course
The 200-hour curriculum follows international standards and blends practical training with essential theory. Each day includes asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, teaching methodology and group discussion.
2. Syllabus Breakdown
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of yoga – from postures and breathwork to philosophy and teaching skills.

Asana Practice – 75 hours
Learn and practice over 50 core yoga postures with alignment, benefits, modifications and use of props. -
Pranayama – 10 hours
Study and practice essential breathing techniques to regulate, balance and expand your energy. -
Meditation – 10 hours
Explore different meditation techniques to cultivate mindfulness, clarity and emotional balance. -
Yoga Philosophy – 30 hours
Dive into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita and key yogic concepts. -
Anatomy & Physiology – 20 hours
Learn how the body moves, breathes and responds to practice to keep students safe. -
Teaching Methodology – 25 hours
Develop your voice as a teacher: class design, cueing, adjustments and sequencing. -
Practicum – 10 hours
Teach practice classes under supervision with supportive feedback from senior teachers.

The schedule is intensive yet balanced, honoring time for study, rest and integration.

Your training takes place in a beautiful villa near Sotogrande, along the famous Costa del Sol. Set on a hillside with views toward the Mediterranean, it offers the ideal mix of comfort, calm and connection with nature.

Recommended Airport
Arrival by Air
Fly into Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport (AGP). From there, we arrange your pickup (on designated arrival times) or you can take a taxi or rental car to the venue.
Arrival by Train / Bus
Málaga is very well-connected by train and bus from other Spanish cities such as Madrid, Sevilla and Granada. From central Málaga, you can take a bus, taxi or rental car towards Sotogrande / San Roque region.
Getting Around Locally
During the training most activities are on-site. On days with excursions, transport is organized as a group or coordinated with local providers.
