Program Overview

1. Certification

After completing all classes, assignments and teaching practicums, you will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Himalaya Yoga (RYS 200). This allows you to register as an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, an international standard for yoga teachers.

2. Your 200-Hour Journey in a Tuscan Villa

Over approximately 18 days, you will move through a structured yet nurturing journey: from student to teacher. Mornings are dedicated to practice, afternoons to learning & teaching skills, and evenings to integration, reflection and rest.

The pace is immersive but supportive — ideal if you want to deepen your own practice and also feel ready to guide others by the end of the course.

3. Course Curriculum & Syllabus (Yoga Alliance RYS 200)

The 200-hour Tuscany curriculum is aligned with Yoga Alliance requirements and covers: Techniques & Practice, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics, and Practicum.

During the 200-hour course, the Tuscan villa becomes your home, classroom and sanctuary. The spaces are designed for both community and privacy — so you can connect deeply and also rest deeply.
