A Focused 100-Hour Immersion for Serious Practitioners

This 100-hour program is designed as a solid foundation for those who want more depth than a casual retreat, but are not yet ready for a full 200-hour training. It is also ideal as continuing education or a refresher for existing teachers.

  • Strong focus on alignment, breath and safe, sustainable practice
  • Opportunities to guide simple sequences and receive feedback
  • Space for personal questions about practice and life integration
  • Supportive environment to explore your unique relationship with yoga

Holistic Approach: Yoga, Ayurveda & Mediterranean Lifestyle

The training is designed not only to refine your practice on the mat, but to support a more balanced way of living. You will explore yogic lifestyle, basic Ayurveda and simple routines that you can take home with you.

  • Daily asana, pranayama and guided relaxation to calm mind and body
  • Introduction to Ayurvedic constitution (doshas) and seasonal routines
  • Conscious nutrition: Mediterranean-inspired sattvic vegetarian/vegan food
  • Evening satsang, journaling or gentle sharing circles (on selected days)
  • Emphasis on integrating yoga into everyday life, not just a holiday

Come as you are — leave with renewed clarity, deeper practice and tools you can integrate into your teaching journey or personal path.

Frequently Asked Questions – 100-Hour Yoga Training in Spain

Who is the 100-Hour Yoga Training in Spain suitable for?

This training is ideal for practitioners who want to deepen their practice beyond regular classes, but who may not yet be ready or available for a full 200-hour course. It is also suitable as continuing education for existing teachers who wish to refresh their foundations in a retreat setting.

Will I be a certified yoga teacher after completing the 100 hours?

A 100-hour course on its own does not meet the 200-hour minimum requirement usually needed to register as a Yoga Alliance RYT 200. You will, however, receive a 100-Hour Certificate from Himalaya Yoga, which can count as continuing education or as a building block toward a future 200-hour program.

Do I need previous yoga experience to join?

We recommend at least 6–12 months of regular yoga practice so that you feel comfortable in a daily practice environment. You do not need to be “advanced” or very flexible — willingness to learn, listen to your body and participate fully is more important.

Is accommodation included in the course fee?

Yes, the listed package price typically includes accommodation for the full duration of the training, along with vegetarian or vegan meals. The exact details (room type, sharing options) will be confirmed at the time of booking.

How do I book my spot for the 100-hour course in Spain?

You can reserve your place by clicking the “Reserve Now” or “Book Now” buttons on this page. You will be redirected to our booking form, where you can complete your details and pay the reservation fee. Once we receive your booking, our team will send a confirmation email with next steps and practical information.
