The 100-hour immersion can serve as a powerful stepping stone toward a full 200- or 300-hour certification with Himalaya Yoga. It helps you build a solid base, feel into the training style, and get clarity about your next steps on the yoga path.

  • Strengthen your personal practice before committing to a full YTTC

I started taking classes in 2019 and then decided to attend a teacher training in India. I had never thought of teaching yoga myself, so I wasn’t sure why at first, but something in me told me I had to go. This training completely enhanced my personal practice and the way I think. We spent our days in a Traditional Ashram, learning all aspects of yoga with dedicated and experienced teachers. We also went on adventures up in the mountains, and hiked up to the tallest temples...

Who is the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Tuscany for?

The 100-hour Tuscany immersion is for anyone with a sincere interest in yoga—whether you are a dedicated practitioner, a beginner wanting a strong foundation, or a teacher curious to deepen your skills in a retreat setting. It is also ideal if you cannot yet commit to a full 200- or 300-hour training but want to experience structured study with Himalayan teachers.

Do I need previous yoga experience to join the 100-hour Tuscany course?

We recommend that you have at least a few months of regular practice so that you are familiar with basic postures and can enjoy the daily schedule. However, you do not need to be “advanced” or very flexible. The program is designed to meet you where you are, with options and modifications offered in each class.

Will this 100-hour training certify me to teach yoga?

The Tuscany immersion provides 100 hours of in-person training and a certificate of completion for this module. On its own, it is not a full 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. Many students use this course as a foundation or “taster” before joining a complete 200- or 300-hour training, or as continuing education to deepen their personal and teaching practice.

How do I book the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Tuscany?

You can reserve your spot by clicking the “Reserve Now” button on this page or visiting our booking form. A deposit is required to confirm your place. Once we receive your booking, you will get a confirmation email with practical details, what to bring and how to prepare.

Can I combine this 100-hour module with other courses?

Yes. Many students attend the 100-hour Tuscany immersion as part of a broader learning journey. You may later join our 200- or 300-hour trainings in India or Europe, using this experience as a strong foundation for deeper study. Our team is happy to advise you on suitable next steps based on your goals and schedule.
